Upon successful collection of payment through iBanking or Paypal, your order will be prepared for our free delivery service, subjected to the terms & conditions below.

Self Collection
Upon successful collection of payment through iBanking or Paypal, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection.
Orders via self collection will be prepared by the next working day. We will send you a message via Whatssap or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please provide a mobile number for this purpose upon check out.
Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB)
In Singapore, we use about 3 billion plastic bags a year. Plastic bags are commonly used to bag our waste for disposal. However, excess plastic bags are thrown away as waste and are also often thrown away as litter, dirtying our streets and clogging up the drains. Plastic bags that end up in the sea may also pose a threat to marine lives. In addition, plastic bags are made from oil, thus using up this non-renewable resource. At Safetysigns.sg we support the Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB) campaign and encourage all customers to bring their own reusable bags when collecting their order and help to reduce the need for excessive plastic bags. If you have excess plastic bags, consider reusing them for bagging refuse or donating your clean plastic and reusable bags to us.

Chargeable Delivery
Urgent Delivery
Do you need your items urgently and/or at a specific time or date?
We are not able to guarantee that you will be able to get the product in time by courier, especially if the lead time is short. Hence, the only option you have would be to self collect or to request for urgent delivery. We will be fulfilling the urgent delivery orders ourselves, hence you can rest assured that the order will definitely arrive at the agreed timing. You can choose from these options.
The charges below are above the total order on your invoice. If your total order is below $100, the delivery fee is $20 plus additional charges. If the total of your order is $100 and above, you just have to pay the excess charges below.
Excess charges*:
a. Same Day Delivery (Subject to availability): $50
b. Next Day Delivery (Subject to availability): $30
c. Specific Timing Delivery (2 working days lead time required): $25
d. Delivery on Weekdays 8pm to 11pm (2 working days lead time required): $20
e. Delivery on Weekends at available time (2 working days lead time required): $20
Bulky orders exceeding (800mm x 1200mm x 1000mm) additional $150* on top of charges stated above.
*Before GST. Invoice will be issued. Payment to be made in CASH to the delivery man*
Please make your order and payment on the online store (check out as SELF COLLECTION option) and then email enquiry@safetysigns.sg with your order number, and requested day and time. If we do not contact you within 1 hour, please call us immediately at 6293 4569.
Roadbull courier

Roadbull is a courier company. Their delivery rates start from $6 and they allow delivery to be made from 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3pm, 3pm – 6pm or 6pm – 10pm. They also provide a waybill number which allows tracking and redelivery options. You will receive an SMS the day before the delivery to inform you that delivery will be made.
On our end, we will need 1 – 2 days to process your order. Roadbull standard courier service would deliver items within 3 working days. Hence, we can promise that for orders sent via Roadbull courier, it will reach you within 5 working days from the time you place your order.
The cost that we charge you is as charged to us. We do not earn a profit from courier services.
When is my scheduled delivery? We typically send out orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. From there, Roadbull would send you a text on the date and time to expect delivery. However, this on on a best effort basis by the driver. In the event they are unable to make it, they would automatically reschedule it. Overall, we find that 95% of our customers would receive it within 5 working days from the date they place their order, as per our fulfilment promise.
